With every new job, with every new hiring process you go through, valuable data is created. In TalentLyft, we collect that data and present it through the Analytics module. This way, you can review important data, measure your KPIs and learn how to improve your hiring process and make it more efficient.

To access the Analytics module from the main dashboard, click on the Analytics icon located at the top of your screen.

The data is divided into the following reports:

  • Strategic reports: The total number of jobs, applications, candidates, and hires for a specific period is shown here. You can also see the hiring funnel and the disqualification reports here.

  • Career site reports: The total number of page views, visitors, the number of people that started the application, and the abandon rate (after they started the application), can be tracked. The job conversion data is also displayed here.

  • Track reports: You can see your time-to-hire and team members' productivity reports.

  • Hiring pipeline reports: here, you can see the hiring pipeline, and different reports related to your recruitment pipeline and candidate activities.

    • Current pipeline - Main overview of your hiring pipeline, for your jobs in TalentLyft. You can filter the report by job or department. The total number of candidates for each stage is visible

    • Pipeline performance - How candidates were moved through the pipeline, how many of them are still in consideration, and how many of them were disqualified

    • Pipeline activities - In which stages are you, as the recruiter, most active when interacting with your candidates

    • Productivity report - Here you will be able to track your hiring teams’ productivity and monitor their activities with candidates.

    • Disqualifications - Here you can track the disqualifications, their total number, what were the reasons for these disqualifications and what was the type (you rejected the candidate or the candidate rejected you, as an employer). You can also track disqualifications by the stage in which the candidate was disqualified.

    • Time-to-hire - In this report, you can track how many days have passed since the candidate applied for the position, until he/she is hired.
You can also track how many days have passed, from when the position was opened, till someone is hired (the position is filled).

  • Engage reports: You can see the correlation between the number of jobs and applications in a specific period here. The information about the total number of candidates for a particular period of time is also visible here.

  • Source reports: Candidates are divided by the source of their applications, and you can see the total number of candidates hired depending on the application's source. You can also see your Referral program report here.

    • Application Source Report - You can view the sources of candidates’ applications, for the selected jobs, for the selected time period.

    • Referral Report - Track the success of each referral member and your referral program in general.

  • Custom reports: If none of the reports mentioned above is a good fit for your company's tracking purposes, we are also able to offer you Custom reports. These reports and the frequency of updates are created solely on your company's requirements.

You can filter jobs that are taken into consideration while compiling a report for each of these groups. They can be filtered by Job name, Job tags, Location, Departments, and the time period, in which the application was received.
