In this report, you can track how many days have passed since the candidate applied for the position, until he/she is hired. You can also track how many days have passed, from when the position was opened, till someone is hired (the position is filled).

In the tabulated view, you can see the job position, publication date, name of the hired candidate or candidates, time to fill value, and time to hire value.

Two main values in this report here are:

  • Time to fill - the amount of time you need to fill a position. From an employer's point of view. How many days have passed, from when the position was opened, till someone is hired (the position is filled).

  • Time to hire - measures the time between the moment your eventual hire entered your pipeline (through sourcing or application) and the moment they accepted your job offer. From the candidate's point of view. How many days have passed since the candidate applied for the position until he/she is hired.
