You can define job Sites in TalentLyft to organize your company’s physical locations, such as stores, hotels, or offices, for which you will be looking for candidates.
This feature allows job location information to be automatically populated when creating or editing a job, based on the selected Site.
Setting up Sites in your App settings
To add a new site to your TalentLyft company account, go to your App settings and click on Sites.
Click on the Add button to define your new site by setting its location and naming your new site.
You can also assign an External ID, as this field is optional, to each site if you are managing your sites and tracking their performance, maybe through your own tools and analytics.
Each Site you have added to your TalentLyft account can later be edited or even deleted.
Using sites when editing a job
When you are editing your job, and you have your Job details tab open, you can click on Choose site to select one of your sites under which the job will be created.
After selecting a site, the location information will be automatically filled with the information you defined when adding or editing that site.
