Learn how to set up your email templates and start saving time on repetitive emails that you had to write over and over again

In TalentLyft, you can save multiple email templates for future communication with your candidates. You can use them for communicating individually or when sending a bulk email to more than one candidate at a time.

NOTE: You can send individual emails through the ATS (Jobs dashboard) and the CRM (Candidate dashboard).
โ€‹Bulk emails can also be sent through the ATS and the CRM.

To add a new email template, click on your avatar icon in the top right corner, then select App settings.

Select the Email templates option from the list, and the email templates window will open.

To add a new email template, click on the Add button located in the upper right corner of your screen.

When adding a new template, you will need to enter the following information:

  • Template name

  • The subject of that email

  • Main email message

When editing the main email message, you can use placeholders. To use placeholders for certain information (candidate name, your name, last name, your phone number, etc.), click on the Merge Fields icon to open the list of available placeholders and select the one that you want to use.

To edit or delete an existing template, click on the pen icon (for editing) or the trash bin (for deleting).
