If you’re often hiring for the same job or similar ones, the Job Templates feature can save you time and effort.
Instead of recreating job postings from scratch, you can now mark any existing job as a template and use its setup as a starting point when creating new jobs.
After a job is marked as a template, the job details (such as title, description, department, etc.) and the hiring pipeline associated with that job will be saved with that job template.
How to Mark a Job as a Template
From your main Jobs dashboard, you can find the job you want to use as a template, click on the three red dots, and click on the Mark as template option.
After a job is selected as a template, it will be available in your Templates list.
How to Use a Job Template
When creating a job, from the Job details tab, you can now click on the Pick a template button and find the template to use for the job you are currently working on.
After selecting a template from the list, the information will be automatically taken from the template and will populate the relevant fields for the job you are working on, and will select the same pipeline used for the template job.
This will help you to keep your hiring process consistent and efficient, especially when you're filling similar roles frequently.
