The Candidate Re-Apply Settings feature gives you control over how to handle candidates who submit additional applications to a job they’ve previously applied for.
You have two options available on how the system handles candidate reapplications.
You can choose to keep the candidate in their current pipeline stage or have them moved to the Applied stage.
How to set it up and how it works
To change your company accounts Candidate Re-Apply Settings click on your Profile icon and open your App settings.
Under your Company settings section, open the Candidate re-apply tab to manage the settings.
There you can choose one of the two available options for how candidate re-applications will be handled.
Leave the candidate in the current stage - the new application is merged with the original and it stays in the stage where it originally was before the merge
Update the candidate stage for new applications - the new application is merged with the original, but it will be moved to the Applied stage after the merge.
