This article will help you to better understand the Candidates dashboard, making it easier for you to manage your candidates, interact with them, and better organize your candidate database.

The Candidates module is divided into three main tabs: Candidates, Campaigns, and Pools.

This is your main candidate database in TalentLyft. Here you can filter, search and interact with your candidates.

In this tab, you can track your outbound email campaigns. Every bulk email you send (from Jobs or Candidates) to two or more candidates will be visible here, with the statistical data for each campaign.

Custom candidate pools are used to better organize your candidate database, by grouping your candidates that have the same (or similar) features, knowledge, experience, etc. Here you will be able to view your candidate pools, search for specific ones and edit existing ones.
