To better group your candidates and to make it easier for you to find the relevant candidate for a job position, you can move candidates to Candidate pools. By doing so, you will be able to better distinguish one group of candidates from another, as well as an individual candidate from another, as they are grouped by specific factors that you find important and you set up yourself.

You can move candidates individually or in bulk.

To bulk add candidates to candidate pools, click on Engage, then go to the Candidates tab.

Select the candidates you wish to add, then click on the more options button, located in the upper right side of your screen, and select the Add to pool option.

From the drop-down list, select the pool you wish to add candidates to and click the Add to pool button.
