To better group your candidates and to segment your candidate database, we introduced Candidate Pools. By segmenting your candidate database into relevant target groups, with the same features, you can make it easier for yourself to find a relevant candidate or a group of candidates. You can completely customize your candidate pool (what distinguishes these candidates from the rest).

To add a candidate to a candidate pool, from the main Track window, click on the stage where that candidate is located.

From the list of candidates in that stage, select the one you wish to add to a candidate pool.

In the candidate information window, click on the More options icon and select Add to pool.

Click on the drop-down arrow to select the candidate pool you wish to add this candidate to and click on the Add to pool button.

NOTE: You can also add multiple candidates at the same time, using Bulk actions.
