This article will show you how to add new pipelines in TalentLyft to match different hiring processes. You can build different pipelines for both jobs and pools.
Job pipelines
If you want to have your recruitment processes tailored to your needs, use different pipelines for different job openings.
To open your pipeline settings, go to Profile - App settings - Pipelines.
To add a new pipeline, click on the Add button (not available in Essential).
NOTE: Multiple pool or hiring pipelines are only available as an Add-on for Essential Plan. For Growth and Enterprise Plan, multiple pipeline option is included.
The list of pipeline templates will open (Growth and Enterprise), and you can choose the one that fits best. After your new pipeline is created, you can additionally customize it by adding new stages and reordering them.
NOTE: You can assign different pipelines to different job openings in the Evaluation plan step of the job creation process.
Pool pipelines
Engage with your candidates in a more meaningful way by keeping track of all interactions in pool pipelines.
To open your pipeline settings, go to Profile - App settings - Pipelines.
To add a new Pool Pipeline, click on the plus icon.
The list of pipeline templates will open, and you can choose the one that fits best. After your new pipeline is created, you can additionally customize it by adding new stages and reordering them.
NOTE: Each stage for both job and pool pipelines can be additionally customized by adding automated actions or assessments.
Essential Plan
Multiple Pipelines feature is currently only available as an add-on for Essential Plan but included automatically in Growth and Enterprise Plan. In Essential, you have Default Hiring Pipeline (Job Pipelines) and Default Pool Pipeline (Pool Pipelines).
