TalentLyft is a flexible applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps track and manage candidates. There are a few ways that candidates can be added to your TalentLyft account:
candidates can apply for a job
Admin, Team members, and Limited members can upload candidate CVs directly to a position
any member can manually create new candidates
candidates can be added using the TalentLyft API
Why use the candidate creation API?
There are a few cases where this might come in handy:
Custom application form - you can use it to transfer applications directly into your TalentLyft account.
Migration of existing candidates from a spreadsheet or another system
Integration with other systems
Candidates created through the API will be processed either as candidates uploaded.
