You can control the process and cooperate together

As we believe the hiring process is collaborative, we made it possible to work with external recruiters. After creating a new position, you can simply add an External recruiter if you click on your Avatar icon, App settings, and Team members.

After the Team members window opens, go to the External recruiters tab and click on the Add button.

It will open an additional window, where you need to fill in the Name, Email information, and choose access role - External recruiter. You can also choose which opened positions you want the External recruiter to see and which Department should he/she belong to.

Collaboration with External recruiter

An external recruiter can only see candidates that he/she added to the job opening. He/she can communicate with you through notes and mentions, he/she can add emojis and attachments, see the Candidate database and team activities but only for candidates that he/she added.

They can also share the job link and use the job email to put in the candidates.

How do I receive candidates from external recruiters or agencies?

There are 3 ways for an External recruiter to add candidates to your company account:

  • Using job email

  • Add candidates manually

  • Bulk upload CVs

How can I remove an external recruiter from TalentLyft?

Simply go to Profile - App settings - Team members - External recruiters tab and click on the Trash bin icon next to the person you wish to remove.
