Integrating Chat Your Job to your TalentLyft account
The integration process is pretty simple, just follow these steps.
1. Reach out to Chat Your Job by filling up the form available on their website.
2. We will provide you with all the information needed to enable Chat Your Job at your TalentLyft account. For traffic analysis, login to your Chat Your Job account.
3. In Integrations, click on the Chat Your Job button.
4. Enable the integration and paste the Endpoint URL and the Security key that you have previously copied from your Chat Your Job account. (paste the security key that the Chat Your Job team will provide you with).
5. Click Save, and you have finished the integration process.
How does it work?
Whenever you want to start communicating in TalentLyft with a candidate using Chat Your Job solution, you click on the green Chat Your Job icon and choose the chat channel to initiate the communication.
Upon deciding on SMS, Viber, or Whatsapp, Chat Your Job will load the phone number of that candidate. Just type the message in the box on the screen and click Send. The message will be instantly delivered to the candidate.
You can also choose to send the same message to one or more candidates by selecting them on the list and clicking the Chat Your Job option in the Bulk actions.
