Most of our integration partners for job boards require a specific location to be set for each job before they allow it to be posted and published on their websites.
To enhance the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts we have the Multiple Job Locations feature.
💡The Multiple Job Locations feature is only available as a part of our Enterprise plan.
How does it work
You can create and publish just one job in TalentLyft, but promote and post it on different location-focused job boards. It is especially useful when hiring for the same role or position in different countries.
With this feature, you will be able to set up secondary locations where you are hiring for the same role, maximizing your candidate reach while using only one active job slot in TalentLyft.
When customizing your Job details you can now click on the Additional Job Locations dropdown arrow to add additional locations where you are hiring for the same role.
After the additional location is added, and you reach the Get candidates step, you will be able to promote and post the job as it was opened only for that location.
Before posting a job on a free or premium job board or through a different job promotion channel, you can switch the location and promote the job for specifically that location.
How to Track Applications for Dfferent Job Locations
After you start receiving candidates, from different application sources, you can track the specific source for each application.
You can also check for which location each of the candidates has applied for.
By opening a stage and clicking on the Filter icon, you can now specify one or more locations you have previously published that job for.
You can also use the quick location filter option from the main Jobs dashboard to automatically enable the filter for the selected location.
By clicking on one of the secondary locations the location filter will be applied and you will only see the candidates, in the Applied stage, who applied for that job location.
How to manually share job links for secondary job locations
To manually share job shortlinks for secondary job locations, please open the Get candidates step for that job and change the location. After that, please click on the Social share tile, and the links there will be for the selected job location.
There you can find the Job and the Job apply shortlinks for that selected location of that job.
