Nelisa Integration

Learn how to integrate your TalentLyft account with Nelisa and automatically boost your job ads across multiple digital channels to reach more qualified candidates faster.

Integrating with Nelisa enables ATS users to automatically promote job ads across multiple digital channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Reddit.
This helps increase job visibility, attract more qualified candidates, and streamline recruitment marketing directly from the ATS, while providing performance insights and campaign optimization in one place.

Integrating your Talentlyft and Nelisa accounts

The integration process is pretty simple, just follow these steps.

  1. In TalentLyft, click on your Profile icon and open your Integrations settings.

  2. Generate and copy your API token.

    After you have the token there, copy it and close the window without revoking it.

  3. Log in to your Nelisa account, open your Settings section, and go to your Integrations tab.

  4. Copy your TalentLyft API token in the TalentLyft Access token field and click Save.

Editing your Job ads on Nelisa

After you have the integration set up, you will need to select TalentLyft under the ATS Integration section when editing a job ad on Nelisa, and you will also need to copy the job ID of that job from TalentLyft.

NOTE: You can find the job's ID on TalentLyft in the URL when you open one of the stages of that job. In this example, it is 48559. https://app.talentlyft.com/testmatijaaccount/ats/job/48559/stage/265925

After you have created and published the ad on Nelisa, open the published job ad by clicking on the Show button, and submit a test application there. Fill in the application form and attach a CV.

Candidate Applications in TalentLyft

Candidates who apply via the shared ad you posted from Nelisa will have the correct application source in TalentLyft.

The application will be imported to TalentLyft with the following information:

  • first and last name

  • contact information

  • cover letter

  • CV

  • privacy policy and data retention consents
