  • The candidate's offer status in TalentLyft will be updated to Signed.

  • The offer document on the candidate's profile will be updated with the signed file.

  • The signed offer letter will be emailed to the candidate as a PDF attachment.

For other documents:

  • After the candidate confirms their signature, you'll receive an email or in-app notification (depending on your Notification preferences).

  • The document status in TalentLyft will be updated to Signed.

  • The signed file is added to the document on their profile.

  • The signed document is emailed to the candidate as a PDF attachment.

Declining the offer

If the candidate decides not to accept the offer or sign the document, they can decline it by clicking the three dots in the upper left corner of the Dropbox Sign screen.

After the candidate declines the offer or document:

  • You'll receive an email or in-app notification (depending on your Notification preferences).

  • The document or offer letter status in TalentLyft will be updated to Declined by candidate.
