Setting up your eSignature Provider

Activate and use your eSignature provider in TalentLyft, for all your digital eSignature documents in TalentLyft.

To activate and use your eSignature provider in TalentLyft, please go to Profile - App settings and open the Offers and eSignature section.

After you have activated your eSignature provider, you can start setting up and creating your document and offer templates.

πŸ’‘Currently, Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign ) and DocuSign providers are available!

Dropbox Sign (Ex HelloSign)

To activate Dropbox Sign as your eSignature provider, when sending documents and offers to candidates for digital signings, you will need the API key you can get from Dropbox Sign. If you don't know where to find your API key, you can reach out to their support or to your account manager to ask for help.

​NOTE: Please use only the primary key when setting up your integration.

After you copy the API key, please click on the Save button to activate Dropbox Sign as your eSignature provider.

DocuSign

Please note that DocuSign integration is done by logging into your DocuSign account after clicking the Activate button.

After you log in, your accounts will be connected. On DocuSign, go to your INTEGRATIONS section and open the Connect settings.

Under your Connect settings, please go to Configurations, Add Configuration, and add a Custom configuration.

There you will need to set up your custom configuration by filling out the two mandatory fields Name and URL to Publish like this:

You also need to set up and enable the Trigger events. Simply tick the checkboxes for all available events from the list before saving your configuration.

Click on the Save Configuration button to finalize the setup and enable the integration.
