Audit Logs can help users enhance transparency and accountability.
They can improve security, help you maintain compliance so you are aligned with the company regulations, and also enhance accountability by logging user activities.
What Are Audit Logs?
Audit Logs provide a detailed record of key actions taken within your TalentLyft company account.
They allow administrators to track changes, monitor activity, and ensure compliance with company policies or industry standards.
What’s Logged?
Audit Logs include, but are not limited to:
User Activity: Logins, password changes, and profile updates.
System Changes: Updates to settings, permissions, or configurations.
Critical Actions: Data exports, deletions, and other sensitive operations.
Where to Find Audit Logs in TalentLyft
To access your Audit Logs, please click on your Profile icon and go to App settings.
After you have opened your App settings, please click on Audit logs to open your Audit logs list.
To see more information for each event logged, you can click on the View icon.
All logs are saved for three months after the event is logged (if not specified differently in the contract). After that, they are deleted and will no longer be accessible.
