To find out which candidates have their retention period consent expiring soon, first go to Engage - Candidates to open your candidate database.

Click on the funnel icon to open the Filters menu and click on the +Add filter button.

From the list of available filters, go to the GDPR filters section and click on the Consent for Retention Until filter.

If you want to see the candidates whose retention period consent is expiring in the next 30 days, use the relative operator is more than and enter value -30 days ago. The list will now contain only the candidates whose retention period consent is expiring in the next 30 days. If you want to use another period, just change the number 30 to another one. It is key to add minus before the number because the minus defines that we are setting a day in the future.

Now you can send these candidates an email, asking them to extend their retention period consent.
