Referrer

Referrer is a natural person who enters personal data of another natural person inside referral form thus referring them to us for a possible reward.

Referree

Referree is a natural person whose personal data is disclosed to us by Referrer.

We collect minimal amount of data which is used only for purposes of referral process.

When referring a person, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and the person you're referring (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information is split in to two groups and includes:

Referrer data:

  • Email address

Referree data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Company name

Use of Data

TalentLyft uses the data collected by referral for following purposes:

  • To contact Referree with an offer and general information about the Service

  • To identify the Referrer and match them to Referree once the Referree signs-up for the Service

  • To award the Referrer with referral prize once the Referree purchases the Service

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), TalentLyft legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

TalentLyft may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights

Retention of Data

Referrer

TalentLyft will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for a maximum of six (6) months.
After it has served its purpose, your data will be deleted.

Referree

TalentLyft will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for a maximum of six (6) months.
In case of declining our Service offer or not expressing interest in our services or products your data will be anonymized and we won't contact you anymore.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Data centres used by the Service for data storage are all located within the EU. TalentLyft uses Hubspot (Privacy Shield) CRM for contact relationship management purposes and storing your personal data in this process (DPA available).
Data submission via referral form represents your agreement to that transfer.

TalentLyft will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If TalentLyft is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
