Through Source reports, you can track the source of your candidates’ applications and how efficient is your referral program. You can see, from where you receive the most qualified candidates.

NOTE: You can change the job and the time period for which you want to view the results.

Source of applications

You can view the sources of candidates’ applications, for the selected jobs, for the selected time period.
You can track, how many of those applications qualified (were moved from the initial stage, Sourced or Applied) and how many of them were hired, in the end.

In the middle of each pie chart, you can see the total number of Applications, Qualified applications, and Hired applications.
When hovering your mouse cursor, over the pie chart, you can see the source of those applications. They are displayed in a different color. 

Below the charts, you can see the more detailed, tabulated view for all the values.

Referral

In this report, you can track how successful is your referral program.
You can see which colleague had the widest candidate reach; how many of those contacts applied; how many of those that applied, advanced from the initial stage of your hiring pipeline; and how many of them were hired, in the end. 

You can see the graphical representation of those values, as well as the tabulated one.
